Your purchase grants you access to the RE Street Smart Training Program on a recurring monthly subscription of $49 USD per month unless otherwise stated.
Your subscription will automatically renew every month until canceled.
2 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy
Your initial enrollment is protected by our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the eligibility requirements below.
If you decide that the RE Street Smart Training Program is not the right fit for you, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase date.
To qualify for a full refund, you must have completed at least 20% of the course before submitting your refund request.
Course progress will be determined based on the progress recorded within the RE Street Smart training platform at the time your refund request is received.
To be eligible for a full refund:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase.
- You must have completed at least 20% of the RE Street Smart course.
- Your course progress must be reflected in the RE Street Smart training platform.

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day guarantee period, or requests from members who have not completed at least 20% of the course, are not eligible for a refund.
After the 7-day guarantee period has expired, all payments are final and non-refundable.

3 Recurring Billing
By subscribing, you authorize RE Street Smart to automatically charge your selected payment method every month until your subscription is canceled.
It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information remains current and valid.
4 Failed Payments
If your monthly payment cannot be processed due to:
- Insufficient funds
- Expired card
- Invalid payment method
- Bank decline
- Payment processor error
Your membership may be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully collected.
We may automatically retry the payment multiple times.
Access to the membership may remain restricted until the outstanding balance has been paid.
5 Late Payments
Failure to make timely payments may result in:
- Immediate suspension of course access
- Suspension of community access
- Suspension of live coaching calls
- Suspension of bonus materials
- Removal from member groups
Access will only be restored after all outstanding balances have been successfully paid.
6 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future recurring charges only.
Cancellation does not:
- Automatically qualify previous payments for a refund
- Cancel payments already processed
- Refund the current billing period after the guarantee period
Your membership remains active until the end of your current billing cycle, unless access is otherwise terminated under these Terms.
7 Access to Course Materials
Your membership provides a limited, non-transferable license to access the training while your subscription remains active.
You do not own the content.
Upon cancellation or non-payment, access to all protected content may be revoked.
8 Intellectual Property
All videos, PDFs, worksheets, templates, presentations, coaching materials, recordings, downloads, logos, branding, and educational content remain the exclusive property of RE Street Smart.
You may not:
- Copy
- Download for redistribution
- Sell
- Share
- Reproduce
- Modify
- Republish
- Upload to another platform
- Record or distribute member-only training
Without prior written permission.
9 Account Sharing
Membership accounts are intended for one individual only.
Sharing your login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
If account sharing is detected, RE Street Smart reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your membership without refund.
10 Community Conduct
Members agree to maintain respectful and professional behavior within the community.
The following are prohibited:
- Harassment
- Hate speech
- Spam
- Solicitation
- Disruptive behavior
- Sharing confidential member information
- Promoting competing products or services
Violation may result in immediate removal without refund.
11 Educational Purposes Only

13 Technology Disclaimer
